In the Personal Limits area of your account you can set how much you deposit, lose or wager each day, week or month, and how long a single session lasts. Our support team can set a limit for you as well, just tell them the amount and the period. Crypto payments cannot be capped by a deposit limit, so pick another payment method if you want a limit to apply.

Taking a break

A cooling-off break can be as short as a single day or as long as half a year, with steps of three days, a week, a month and three months in between. During the break you cannot deposit or receive promotions, but you can still withdraw the money in your account.

Self-exclusion

You can close your account for a fixed time or for good by asking our support team. While self-exclusion is active, your account is blocked and we stop sending promotions.
